1. Acceptable Use
You may access FirstGate courses for personal, non-commercial learning. Do not share account access, redistribute course materials, or engage in activities that disrupt the platform or infringe intellectual property.
- Do not upload harmful code, attempt to bypass security, or scrape content.
- Respect all copyrights and trademarks contained in course content.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.
2. Payments and Billing
All prices are displayed in your checkout currency. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes.
- We accept major cards and other methods as presented at checkout.
- For subscriptions, charges recur automatically until canceled.
- You agree to keep billing information accurate and up to date.
3. Refunds
We aim for your success. If a purchase does not meet expectations, you may request a refund subject to the policy below. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Self-paced courses: 14-day refund window if less than 20% of content is completed.
- Live cohorts: Refunds available until 48 hours after the first live session.
- Subscription fees: Refunds for the current billing period are not guaranteed once content is accessed.

4. Disclaimers and Liability
Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee outcomes such as specific speaking results, career advancement, or audience growth.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
5. Privacy
